This Privacy Policy explains what data Rite ("we," "our," or "the App") collects, how we use it, and your rights over it. By using Rite, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What we collect

When you use Rite, we collect and process the following:

Account information. Your email address, and where you choose Sign in with Apple, the privacy-relayed email Apple provides. We do not collect or store your password — authentication is handled by Apple Sign-In or by Supabase Auth's secure password handling on our behalf.

Check-in data. The five daily category scores you submit, the date and timezone of each check-in, the question text and rotation index for each response, and the time taken to complete the check-in.

Onboarding profile. The optional information you provide during onboarding (age range, gender, intent for using Rite). You may skip this; if you provide it, it is stored on your account.

Subscription state. Whether you have an active subscription, the plan tier, renewal/expiration timestamps, and whether you are a founding member. We receive this from RevenueCat.

Device and usage data. Anonymous events about how you use the App (screens viewed, taps, errors), the App version, and device type. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone data.

Notification preferences. If you enable push notifications, we store your daily cue time, timezone, and a device push token used to send you the notifications you've opted into.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, payment card details, biometric data, browsing history outside the App, or content from other apps on your device.

2. How we use it

We use the data described above to:

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your check-in data, patterns, or any content you produce inside Rite to train machine learning models.
